After two excellent tracks on the Topscore Gain Structure
compilation, Kemlus return with a full cd as the next release
on the Topscore label. Also out on Topscore is a new 3" cd
by RISC. As always the on the Topscore releases, info is
spartan but the music is rich textured electronica. Here is
